By accessing or using Jaxy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Jaxy is an online marketplace that connects space owners with renters. We facilitate the listing, discovery, and booking of idle spaces including podcast studios, parking slots, garages, and rooms across South India.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update it as necessary.

4. Listing and Booking

Space owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Renters agree to use booked spaces responsibly and in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Jaxy acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the rental agreement between owners and renters.

5. Payments and Fees

All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR). Jaxy may charge a service fee for facilitating transactions. Payment terms and refund policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts

7. Limitation of Liability

Jaxy is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
